Local Artists
My hosts have always searched for authentic, meaningful souvenirs on their travels — pieces that capture the spirit of a place and the hands of the people who live there.
It was only natural that, here in South Africa, they quickly built a network of local artists and decided to offer them a platform — individuals who work with passion and sensitivity and whose art focuses on wildlife and landscapes, created by people who truly inspire us.
Each of our rooms is individually themed and showcases three to five works by these artists.
This gives every room its own atmosphere — authentic, vibrant, and deeply connected to the nature and wildlife of South Africa.
In our Main Dining Room, we also present the “Artist of the Month” — highlighting a different local creator and their story.
Most of our featured artists are not widely known yet, but they have captured our attention through their exceptional craftsmanship and creativity.
All displayed artworks are, of course, available for purchase.
In our Curio Shop, you’ll find an extended collection of their pieces — from prints and limited editions to originals that make unique keepsakes or gifts.
We are busy acquiring more artists. Please check this place regularly.
